Points Standings. Lee has been steadily
progressively improving his golf game year after
2010 he came up short in moving into the
"quarter finals", but last year he proved
himself and become out 2011 Seacoast Cup
is totally focused on defending his title this
and hopes to keep the trophy for another year.
Ted Clinite (2)
Ted joined our Seacoast Cup Tour last year and
played himself into the "Player's Bracket" to
become the 2011 Player's Champion.
This year he has made it to the
Championship Cup playoffs.
His clubs of choice are the "hybrid"
irons which finds him well.
He finished 2nd in the points standings,
proving he can be this year's champion.
His course management skills are true and
he rarely has the "blow up" hole.
He will be a true contender.
Curtis Chan (3)
Curtis is the 2009 Seacoast Cup Champion. He was
knocked out early in last year's playoffs and is
determined to not get knocked out this year.
Curtis admits that his driving has been steady
all year long as he has gained confidence in his

format will make him a tough opponent in any

Dan Anderson (5)
Dan is no newcomer to the playoffs. He has shown
his expertise on the course these past years by
showcasing his ability to make the shot when it
is necessary. His experience at playing all the
courses around San Diego will only help him in
his playoff season. Dan's short game is
continually improving, thus making him a more
formidable opponent especially when it comes
down to the stretch.
Andy Burich (6)
Andy has the ability to play with the best. He
made it to the playoffs by showcasing his
excellence in play during the few events he
participated in this past year. His short game
is stellar and when he has his driver in gear,
he is very tough to beat.
His love for the game and knowlege of the
skills it takes to win a match will no doubt be
a factor to his success.

Rik Thistle (7)
Rik has recently taken up golf as a sport he can
He has participated in most of our events
and has made it to the playoffs.
Although "match play" format is new to
him, he is a true "student of the game" and has
begun to post lower rounds.
He has learned to manage his game... thus

Bill is a regular to the playoffs as he's always

Keven is an incredibly gifted golfer.
He's really become more sharp with his

Jim Freitas (10)
Jim has been one of our steadiest players of the

Darren Maglidt (11)
Darren's golf game has been steadily improving
month after month. He has incredible length off
the tee. As long as he keeps his drives
playable, he will be a very tough player to beat
in match play. His ability to get up and down
has help his index improve dramatically over
this past year. He will be a tough match up for
Kent Coykendall (12)
Kent is our 2010 Seacoast Cup Champion. His game
is very deliberate as his course management
skills are precise. He rarely makes
back bad shots, and when he does find trouble,
he recoups and recovers well.
An extremely tough competitor as he knows
how to pull out wins.
His putting skills are very sharp.
You need your "A" game to compete with
Geoff Baynes (13)
Geoff has been known to slowly groove his golf
swing as the round progresses.
He's a very tough competitor with a
"never give up" attitude.
He know how to handle pressure especially
when it's all on the line.
If he keeps the ball straight, he can be
very tough to contend with.
